Standard Booking

Commission + $250 minimum

Flights, hotels, and ground transport. Includes a minimum planning fee on top of supplier commission.

Custom Itinerary Planning

$350 per week of travel

Full trip research and itinerary build for tailored travel—restaurants, experiences, and logistics included.

Complex / Multi-destination Trip

Multi-city or extended trips requiring significant coordination across providers and time zones.

For one-off tasks that don’t fit a package. This could include move coordination, inbox setup, research, household logistics, or anything else that needs handling.

  • You choose a package based on how many hours you need per month. I allocate those hours to your work across the month. Unused hours don’t roll over, so it’s worth being clear and upfront about what you need.

  • Additional hours are billed at $70 per hour. If you consistently need more than your package covers, we can discuss moving to the next tier.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your retainer package anytime.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Yes, I work with clients across time zones and have supported clients in Europe and Asia.

  • As a Fora travel advisor, I earn a small commission directly from hotels and suppliers. I charge planning fees due to the amount of time I allocate for planning. You can reach out to me directly at wynell.pevehouse@fora.travel for travel enquiries.
